The structure of Charlton House is now up to level 10, with formwork commenced on level 11, the first of three pavilion levels adding new features to the structure including splayed balcony columns and feature slab edges.
The feature brickwork to the façade along St Leger Way can now start to be seen as it progresses from GL to L2. The outline of the pool has taken shape with the surrounding blockwork structure completed allowing the team to commence waterproofing and the inner shell of the pool.
Over the next month the team will continue to focus on structure cycle through level 11, Window install and internal wall setout on level 7, with first coat of paint commenced on level 3 and waterproofing and tiling due to commence.
